I love how easy this is to use and clean. The Bamix has become a kitchen staple for me in just a few weeks.

I've been using a bamex immersion blender for over 20 years, recently decided to upgrade and splashed out on the super box. What I've discovered is the newest BAMIX immersion blender is not as easy in the hand as my 23-year-old version. I have small hands and something about this updated design makes it very awkward in my hand. I love all four blades very convenient and useful. The small spice grinder is wonderful and very useful, although the little push down plate for small batches has proved useless. Now the SliceSy - I had high hopes this would replace the need for a food processor but it turns out to be complicated and annoying. First of all, the spindle that holds the blades or blade plate rests on a plastic insert and when used with anything that liquefies or is liquid liquid gets trapped between that and the body making it a royal pain in the you know what to clean. Then there's the fact that the lid does not lock to the base and the base has no skid band So moving this is two hand job and it's really awkward and unpleasant. I will keep the The immersion blender and the small grinder but the SliceSy he's going in the garbage. I'm also going to have to buy the original version of the holder, the very upright one. This large brittle plastic version that comes in the super box is a space hog and not very user friendly. There is not a convenient place to store the blades It doesn't make them dangerous to my fingers. So while I love BAMIX and have for years, This most recent purchase was quite the disappointment overall.

I got my first Bamix in 2018 & love it. I recently purchased 3 Bamix SUPEREBOX's as gifts for my grandchildren. I was Very Disappointed in the cookbook as the English section the ingredients are in Metric, ie. 50 g sugar, 200 g butter, etc. I would like an English cookbook. Would this be possible?
