At bamix® of Switzerland, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.
1. Return Window
You have 14 days from the date the shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier to initiate a return request via our official return portal. After this period, all sales are considered final, and no returns or refunds will be accepted.
2. Return Conditions & Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
Authorization Required: All returns must be initiated and approved through our Return Portal. Unauthorized returns will be refused and will not be processed.
Proof of Purchase: A valid order number from bamix.us is required.
Abuse Policy: We reserve the right to refuse returns from customers who, in our sole judgment, exhibit a pattern of abusing or misusing the return system.
3. How to Start a Return

Once approved, you will receive shipping instructions.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service (UPS or FedEx), as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
4. Refund Calculation & Condition Grading
All returns are inspected at our service center. The refund amount is based on the condition of the item as determined by our technicians:

| Opened but Unused (Like new, complete packaging) | Up to 80% (Restocking fee applies) |
| Used Products (Signs of use, wear, or testing) | Up to 50% |
| Damaged or Incomplete | 0% – 30% (Or refusal of return) |
| Refused or Undeliverable Shipments | 80% (To cover original shipping & handling) |

Shipping Fees: All shipping fees are non-refundable.

Final Decision: Condition grading and final refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Pro-Ver (U.S.), LLC.
5. Chargebacks vs. Returns
Please use our official return process to resolve any issues. Initiating a credit card chargeback instead of using the return process may result in the permanent suspension of your customer account and may be contested with the evidence provided in these Terms.
6. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Gift cards.

Items marked as "Final Sale".

Products damaged by the customer or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately via support chat. We will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
8. Refund Processing Time
Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
