At bamix® of Switzerland, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and securely. All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our official logistics center in Lafayette, Indiana, USA.

Shipping Rates

Orders Over $150: FREE Standard Shipping (Applies to the contiguous 48 U.S. states only).

Orders Under $150: Flat rate shipping fee of $14.95.

Alaska & Hawaii: Flat rate shipping fee of $30.00.

Processing & Estimated Delivery

Order Processing: Orders placed before 3:00 PM ET typically ship the same business day. This is subject to product availability, payment verification, and warehouse capacity. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Delivery Estimates: Most orders arrive within 2–4 business days once dispatched. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Carrier Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, severe weather, or any other events beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Restrictions

No P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO: We ship exclusively via UPS and FedEx. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

U.S. Only: We only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping via this store.

Delivery Terms & Risk

Risk of Loss: As per our Terms of Service, the risk of loss and title for all items pass to the customer upon our delivery of the goods to the carrier.

Signature Requirement: For your protection, high-value orders may require a signature upon delivery. Failure to accept delivery or sign for a package does not relieve the customer of their payment obligations.

Address Accuracy: The customer is responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We are not responsible for shipments delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable shipments may incur additional fees or be subject to deductions upon refund.

Non-Refundable: All shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Changes & Address Corrections 

If you notice that you entered a wrong or incomplete shipping address, you must contact our fulfillment partner immediately and no later than 2:00 PM ET on the same business day:

Important:

• Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot change or intercept the shipment.

• If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we do not cover return shipping costs.

• Any reshipment will be charged to the customer.
