Peel then chop the ginger in the thermo beaker, using the bamix® with the meat and vegetable blade. Ginger should be minced. Peel the banana and the carrot, then chop into smaller pieces using the bamix® with the meat and vegetable blade. Slice the avocado and remove the pit, then separate the flesh from the skin using a spoon. Add the water, ginger, banana, carrot, lemon juice, and avocado the thermo beaker. Blend everything until it is as smooth as you wish, using the bamix® with the multi-purpose blade. Serve cold for breakfast or an afternoon pick-me-up.
