All Bamix® repair requests in the United States are handled by our official repair partner, located in Lafayette, Indiana.
Warranty
For Bamix® devices purchased from 2020 onward through official channels, the motor is covered by a lifetime warranty.
Costs
If your repair is not covered under warranty, the service will be charged by our official repair partner. The final amount depends on the required work and parts. Please make sure to clarify all costs in advance directly with the service team.

Do you also repair older Bamix® models?
Yes! Even very old Bamix® units can often be repaired. Our service partner will carefully check your device and let you know what is possible.
How long does a repair usually take?
It depends on where you are. It can take anywhere from 4-7 days. Delivery details will be provided by our repair service center.
How are repair costs handled?
If the device is not covered by warranty, repairs are charged based on the required work. For motor issues on blenders purchased from 2020 onward, the lifetime warranty applies and repairs are free of charge.
