Which countries do you ship to?
Currently we ship to United States and Canada. However, we are reviewing other countries on an ongoing basis.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
I want to return my product, how do I do it?
We will gladly take your product back within 30 days. However, the following points must be observed:
- You are responsible for the shipping charges
- Shipping must be in a suitable box (not in the retail packaging)
- If the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to retain 20% of the purchase price, with a minimum of $20.
- We cannot accept returns on used equipment and accessories, especially any contact with food or liquids.

My bamix® machine or accessories are defective. What should I do?
Important:
- Disconnect the unit from power and leave it disconnected.
- Do not open the unit yourself or you will void the warranty.
We have a Certified Repair Service in the United States. The great advantage of the bamix® is of course its sustainability. Our equipment can still be repaired and in most cases for less than $50. Write to our customer service via the contact form so that we can take the next steps.
