Bring the water to a boil and add the rice. Reduce to a simmer and cover for 17-20 minutes. Peel the apple and banana. Cut the apple into quarters and remove the seeds. Add apple and banana puree and honey to the cooked rice. Stir until all ingredients are fully incorporated. Top with the sliced strawberries and raspberries. Serve warm.
