Gazpacho

Combine the tomato, red bell pepper, English cucumber, garlic clove and onion and in the thermo beaker. Chop using the bamix® with the mincer. Purée the vegetables together with tomato juice, olive oil and white wine vinegar until they are as smooth as you wish, using the bamix® with the mincer. Season with the salt and a hot sauce. Serve cold.
