CURD CREAM WITH BERRIES AND RAFFAELLO

Directions

Mix the curd cheese, Skyr and sugar with the bamix® multi-purpose blade or whisk. Using the bamix® SliceSy®, mix half of the Raffaello truffles with the coconut milk and the curd cheese cream. Layer the berries and the curd cheese cream alternately in a tall glass and chill. Finally, decorate with the remaining Raffaello truffles, fresh berries and some mint and serve ice cold.

  • 125natural Skyr
  • 80ml coconut milk
  • 1tbsp sugar to taste
  • 1tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1pc fresh mint
